Prof. Paul Allieu Kamara

Rev. Prof. Paul Allieu Kamara is a distinguished academic leader and expert in combating financial crime through effective leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Registrar and Pro Vice-Chancellor of AUU International, he is statutorily appointed by the AUU International Charter. Additionally, he holds the position of Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration by virtue of the university’s international charter. With over 18 years of diverse experience in administration, media, teaching, and ministerial work, Prof. Kamara has established himself as a prominent figure in leadership development, curriculum design, and research education.

Prof. Kamara’s academic journey spans multiple disciplines, including philosophy, journalism, Christian leadership, and business administration. His foundational education began at Ansaural Islamic Secondary School in Makeni, where he completed G.C.E. O Levels in 1998. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Madonna University, Nigeria, in 2002. Furthering his expertise, he obtained a Diploma in Human Rights and Civic Journalism from the Institute of Political Science at the University of Bordeaux, France, in 2005. His commitment to leadership and development is reflected in his numerous postgraduate qualifications, including two PhDs in Leadership Development and Administration from Rudolph Kwanue University (2020) and Leadership and Organization Development from the Global Interfaith University (2022). He also holds an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership from Grace International Bible University (2018), as well as certifications in Customer Relations Management Systems from Roehampton University, UK (2015).

Prof. Kamara’s academic credentials are complemented by his current role as a Professor of Leadership and Organization Development, specializing in Strategic Change Management at the Global Interfaith University, which is approved by California University, USA. He is also a Professor of Leadership and Administration at Lawrence Bible University in Sierra Leone. His extensive teaching and leadership experience include serving as Senior Lecturer and Head of Departments at Rudolph Kwanue University College and GIBU College of Theology in Liberia-Maryland, USA.

His professional certifications span human rights, leadership, consultancy, media coaching, and pastoral care, obtained from reputable international organizations. Notable certifications include Human Rights Monitoring from the UNAMSIL Truth and Reconciliation Commission (2005), Communication Skills for Working with Survivors from the International Rescue Committee (2004), and Youth Entrepreneurship Development from Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Education (2010). Prof. Kamara’s contributions extend beyond academia into practical leadership and human rights advocacy, supported by his participation in numerous training programs, workshops, and conferences globally.

He is married to Deaconess Mrs. Alima Divine Kamara, with whom he has three children, dedicating his life to service, faith, and academic excellence. As a Senior Lecturer and Head of Department in Philosophy and Leadership, he influences a new generation of leaders and scholars. His wide-ranging expertise in leadership development, curriculum design, and human rights, combined with his extensive academic qualifications and professional certifications, positions Prof. Kamara as a transformative figure in higher education and leadership development in Sierra Leone and beyond.
