PhD Candidate- Intercultural Studies
Rev. Nsandah Premous Forzong is a highly skilled and multidisciplinary professional with a strong background in agriculture, environmental conservation, and theology. He trained as an agronomist at the Kenya Institute of Organic Farming (KIOF), where he specialized in soil and water conservation, intercropping, agroforestry, crop production, and pest and disease management. His expertise in sustainable farming practices underscores his commitment to environmental stewardship and food security.

In addition to his agricultural credentials, Rev. Forzong holds a postgraduate certificate in Climate Change from the Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS) in California, reflecting his dedication to addressing global environmental challenges through a theological lens. He also earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from the International Theological Seminary (ITS), integrating spiritual leadership with sustainable development.

Rev. Forzong is recognized as a “Blessed Tomorrow Climate Change Ambassador,” highlighting his active role in climate advocacy. He is also a member of the Eco-America Network, an organization that promotes environmental awareness and action in the United States and globally. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Intercultural Studies at Global Interfaith University (GIU), where he explores the intersection of faith, culture, and environmental issues. His diverse background positions him as a bridge between ecological sustainability and spiritual leadership, empowering communities worldwide to adopt sustainable and faith-based approaches to environmental conservation.
