Dr. Abdoulie Bojang, CFEI®, DBA

Dr. Abdoulie Bojang is a distinguished Gambian academic leader, certified financial education instructor, social commentator, and politician, with multidisciplinary expertise spanning education, leadership, public administration, health systems, and inclusive technology anchored learning. He is the Founder and Director of Kabboumb Academy (KA), an innovative EdTech institution committed to expanding access to inclusive, quality, and skills-oriented education across The Gambia and beyond.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from the Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Science, an MBA from Singapore Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (Honours). Dr. Bojang is a Distinguished Fellow of the African Institute of Public Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in Islamic Finance and Economics at EUCLID University. His professional development also includes advanced postgraduate training in leadership, management, dentistry, supply chain, and digital transformation.

Dr. Bojang is a Co-Founder of the Dental Care Professionals Association of The Gambia and currently serves as its National Chairperson, where he provides strategic leadership in professional regulation, capacity development, and advocacy within the health sector. As Founder and Director of KA, he has delivered guest lectures at Gambia College (now the University of Education of The Gambia) and the University of The Gambia, contributing to higher education discourse on leadership, innovation, governance, and workforce development. He has also led, trained, and strengthened numerous community-based organisations, supporting grassroots leadership, institutional resilience, and sustainable development.

His recent scholarly work, From Campus to Cloud: Transforming Higher Education, Workforce Skills, and National Development in The Gambia, advances the role of inclusive, quality, and technology-enabled education as a catalyst for national transformation. Beyond academia, Dr. Bojang is a respected mentor, coach, and strategic advisor, having guided several businesses, organisations, and individuals, and having trained and developed over 28 Chief Executive Officers within The Gambia.

In addition to his academic and professional engagements, Dr. Bojang is an active social commentator and politician, contributing thoughtfully to national dialogue on governance, education reform, economic justice, and social development. His work bridges scholarship, public policy, and civic leadership, reflecting a deep commitment to ethical governance and inclusive progress.

In recognition of his contributions to transformational education and reform, Dr. Bojang is a recipient of the Paul Kagame Medal of Honour for Transformational Leadership. Fluent in English, Mandinka, Wolof, and Jola, he continues to inspire learners, professionals, and communities through scholarship, public engagement, and a lifelong dedication to dignity, opportunity, and sustainable national development
