H.E Sir Amb. (Rev). Prof. Oluwafemi Emmanuel Esan

Professor Oluwafemi Esan is the principal consultant of the Transpersonal Mental Health Clinic,  Vice-Chancellor, El-Roi London University and Global Academic Director of El-Roi London Academy. He is an ordained Prophet with over 20 years of international Prophetic ministry experience. A Transpersonal Therapist with over 10 years of practice experience with a speciality in Transpersonal Mental Health interventions. A professional coaching psychologist with an MSc in coaching psychology from the University of East London. A qualified secondary school teacher, FE college lecturer and university lecturer. He obtained an MA in higher education and a PGCHE from Anglia Ruskin University, and a PGCE (level 7) from the University of Greenwich. In addition, he received a Master of Education (MEd) from Canterbury Christ Church University. A professor of transpersonal psychology with 12 years of research experience in the field of Transpersonal psychology.
 He has a doctorate in transpersonal Coaching psychology approved by the Kingdom of Hawaii Royal Accreditation Commission (KOHRAC). Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, in conjunction with El-Roi London University. A certified Transpersonal Mental Health Therapist and Consultant in Transpersonal Psychology. A consultant in teacher training and development. He has trained over 1,000 teachers in the UK in the last five years. A professor of biblical psychology at Pro-Deo International University in Malta and Italy, and the Dean of the Faculty of Biblical Psychology at El-Roi London University.
Ambassador of the sovereign kingdom of Hawaii to the United Kingdom and the European Union. A roving ambassador of the state of the African diaspora. He is the Senior Attache for Academic, Scientific and Professional Affairs at the Consulate of Côte d'Ivoire in Malta.
In 2025, H.E. Sir Oluwafemi Esan was knighted and appointed as the Chaplain General of the Sovereign Order of St john of Jerusalem and Malta. The chief spiritual leader of the Order is responsible for liturgy, pastoral care, and safeguarding the Order's religious identity. He ensures that all members are spiritually supported and that the Order’s humanitarian actions reflect Christian values and the Hospitaller tradition.
